FENSA doesn't operate in Scotland — it's an England + Wales scheme. Scottish installations are signed off via Scottish Building Standards through your local authority's Compliance Certificate route, or via CERTASS / TrustMark for the installer's competent-person credentials. We handle the paperwork, you get the certificate at handover.
What guarantee comes with the work?
A 10-year manufacturer guarantee on the Veka frames, and a 10-year workmanship warranty from Fenstra on the installation. That covers seals, hardware, fit and finish. If anything goes wrong, you reach Fenstra direct — not a national 0800 number.
